Please phone 084 084 3344 approximately fifteen minutes before arriving at the airport for pickup of your vehicle. On return please phone 084 084 3344 before exiting the terminal for the successful drop off of your vehicle.
The pick up point for domestic flights is DOMESTIC DEPARTURES Terminal B (last two doors) and for international flights is Drop off INTERNATIONAL Terminal A. The drop off of your vehicle is at the same point as the pickup.
It will take approximately 10 minutes from the time of the phone call for your vehicle to arrive at Drop off Domestic Departures Terminal B (last two doors) or for Drop off International, Terminal A.
On arriving we provide you with an OR TAMBO PARKING invoice containing all our detail and the detail of the car and owner of the car.
You can identify our driver as wearing a neon/ reflective yellow and orange jacket with our name, OR TAMBO PARKING, embroidered on it. Click here to see our jackets and logo.
Please be advised of our Operations Procedures from O.R. Tambo International Airport :
Due to A.C.S.A. by-laws (international safety regulations) we are not allowed to stop a vehicle at any drop-off or pick up point for more than 2 minutes. Because of these stringent time limits, we have a telephonic vehicle drop-off system to counter time delays caused by baggage retrieval and aircraft stairs.

Making a Booking
Simply visit our website at www.ortamboparking.co.za where you can make a booking and pay for your parking in a few easy steps. Alternatively, our friendly telesales operators are waiting to take your call on 011 394 3000.
Once your booking is complete you will receive confirmation and instructions via phone or email depending on your preferences.
As you approach the airport please call us to announce your arrival on 084 084 3344. One of our Meet and Greet Operatives will give you instructions and directions to the drop off point.
The Operative may also attempt to contact you using the details as recorded on your original booking form so please ensure that any mobile number we hold for you is the one you use on your day of travel.
For your safety and security all of our operatives carry identification details which can be inspected on request.
You’ll be offered help to unload your baggage, and then your car condition and return travel details will be checked. Once the paperwork is complete you’ll we able to walk directly into the terminal building to continue your journey.
We monitor your return flight to ensure the timely delivery of your vehicle so there’s no need to be concerned about flight delays.
Once you have your baggage and you have cleared customs, please call us on 084 084 3344 to to ensure that our operative is standing by with your vehicle at the pickup point.
Your Meet and Greet Operative may ask to see proof of booking and/or ID to ensure we return the car to the rightful owner.
Please call us if you are running early or late. If you arrive significantly late or early without letting us know we may not be able to book you in immediately.

Amendments we receive more than 24 hours in advance of the drop off/return time will be made free of charge. Amendments within that time will be subject to a handling charge.
